Our Vision

As a charitable organization,  EACC will strive to enhance the quality of life of those living in the greater Empire area thru the promotion of community activities and involvement.



Our Mission

We pledge to enrich as many lives as possible through one-time events and ongoing activities.

Meetings

EACC meetings, open to anyone, are held regularly the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Glen Lake Community Library located in the Village of Empire. Any persons interested in participating are welcome to become members.

Meeting minutes from each monthly meeting are approved at the following meeting and at that time are then available upon request of the EACC Secretary.

Donations

We are funded solely by donations.  Page down to donate.

EACC activities include

  • Gentle Yoga (with Kaye Evans)  - Tuesday & Thursday from 11:15-12:00 noon pm in the  Empire Township Hall - 10088 W Front St, Empire, MI 49630 - $5.00 donation 
  • F.E.S.B. (flexibility, endurance, strength, balance) classes - every Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30-10:30 am in the Empire Township Hall -  10088 W Front St, Empire, MI 49630 - $5.00 donation
  • Empire Wine And Garden Club

  • Empire Anchor Day Festival
  • Labor Day Carl Oleson Jr. Bridge Walk
  • Community Halloween Trunk or Treat
  • Artisan Marketplace (Saturday after Thanksgiving)
  • Holiday Pot Luck dinner with Santa and Mrs. Claus


Community Support

  • Community events Calendar
  • Free monthly concerts for the Empire Area Community Emergency Fund
  • Support of community events like Asparagus Festival and Empire Heritage Day
